You will be required to apply for a Visa if you hold a travel document issued by one of the following countries listed at https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/entry_requirements/visa_requirements. You can apply for an entry visa at the abovementioned link.
If you do not have a Singpass/Corppass account, you may submit the visa application through an authorised visa agent appointed by the Singapore Overseas Missions or at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission.
You may visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website under "Singapore Missions Worldwide" for locations of the Singapore overseas missions. Visitors are advised to liaise with the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission direct for detailed procedure if the visa application is to be submitted at the mission or through their authorised visa agents.
You will require a visa to travel to and seek entry into Singapore if you hold a travel document issued by one of the countries or places as listed.
If you are unable to find your country/places and the passport types in the list, please forward a clear scanned copy of the passport\travel document's front cover and particulars page (i.e. showing holder's full name, nationality, passport number and its date of issue/expiry) to ICA for assessment.
You may enquire the status of your online application/get your file reference number by logging in to MyICA at www.ica.gov.sg with Singpass.
For passport applications submitted by post or deposit box, you may enquire the status via our e-Service.

With effect from 1 Oct 2021, Singapore residents will no longer need to pay SingPost an additional fee for passport and IC collections at participating post offices offering Alternate Service Collection (ASC). Refer to ICA’s website or SingPost’s website for the list of participating post offices.
