As part of the requirements for the annual renewal of salespersons registrations, every Key Executive Officer (KEO), practising director, practising director or partner, and salesperson must fulfil a minimum of six hours of credit in each Continuing Professional Development (CPD) cycle.Of the six CPD credit hours, at least three must be on core subjects. For the 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019 CPD cycle, the CPD2 requirement will be waived. This means that KEOs, practising directors or partners, and salesperson do not need to attend at least one core CPD course from each of the three categories - C1, C2 and C3 - over three consecutive CPD cycles. They must, however, still fulfil the CPD1 requirement i.e. six CPD credit hours, of which at least three CPD credit hours must be under the core subjects.
