How can I contact the Customer Service Centre?
Answer: The Customer Service Centre is located at HQ SCDF. The walk-in customers will be served by our Customer Service Officers at the front counters.

How to seek clarifications on Fire Safety related matters?
Answer:

Qualified Person or general public may consult SCDF's fire safety consultant on any fire safety related matters. You are welcomed to book a free walk-in consultation with our officers at Customer Service Centre, Level 1 of HQ SCDF, 91 Ubi Avenue 4 Singapore 408827.

Currently due to COVID-19, our consultation service will be available only by appointment basis. Each consultation is limited to a maximum of 4 visitors and the duration will be kept to 20 minutes. Please make prior consultation appointment with our Customer Service Officer at 1800 286 5555 (SCDF General Enquiry Hotline) or write to: SCDF_CSC@scdf.gov.sg

How many CPD points do I currently have?
Answer: FSMs can log in to the e-FSM portal to check their current CPD points and update their particulars.

It can be accessed via SCDF website by clicking "E-Services" under the section "Fire Safety", "e-Fire Safety Manager Portal".
